Improvements:

• Logic improvement: when a user edits the page and the status is automatically changed, the event is logged in issue history on behalf of the Confluence user who edited the page.

• Fixed a bug page permissions were erased after syncing with a Jira issue via a label-based synchronizer.

Caution: the app can no longer support Java 11 due to the introduced compatibility with Java 17.
