Can not see a necessary project on the context configuration page

Please check whether your project is team or company-managed. The Traffic Lights field is supported only in company-managed projects. Otherwise, please contact our Support Team.

Error message ‘Configure field’ in issue view

After installation and initial acquaintance with the app, users can encounter the following message after clicking on the field to edit values. This message means that the field values were not configured or saved during the primary configuration (see more at Field values | Traffic Lights Configuration).
