Customer Portal

If your Stagil Table is connected to a Jira Service Management project (via context), you can use the “Customer Portal” tab in the table configuration to control table visibility based on request types.

To start configuration, the table should be associated with a request type. Click on the Add the field to requests button or edit the existing configuration.

In the configuration dialogue, you can set up the following:

  • Add the table to one or several request types.

  • Make the table mandatory on the 'Create request' form in the Customer Portal .

  • Allow customers to edit the table even after they have submitted the request.
    If request statuscategory = Done, then customer will not be able to edit the form regardless of this permission.
