The configuration export feature allows Jira administrators to download the configuration of their Issue Filter panels as a .json file. This is particularly useful when preparing for a migration from Data Center to Cloud, helping you preserve panel setup details.

How to export a configuration

  1. Go to the Issue Filter panels configuration page.

  1. Click the Export configuration button.

Once clicked, a .json file containing the current panel configuration will be immediately downloaded to your device.

Note: This file is not importable into the Data Center version of the app. The export function is designed solely to assist with transferring configurations during a migration to STAGIL Assets for Jira Cloud.
