Importing Assets via CSV

Accessing the Import Tool

1. Click the [···] button in the top-right corner of the assets table.

2. Select Import Assets from CSV.

Using the Import Tool

When selected, this option opens a page where users can:

• Download a CSV file template to prepare their data for import.

• Upload an existing CSV file.

• Select a target project where the assets should be imported.

CSV Requirements

• Encoding: Data must be encoded in UTF-8.

• Date Format: Dates must follow the ISO format yyyy-MM-dd (e.g., 2024-01-31).

Mapping Fields

After uploading, users can map fields from the CSV file to specific custom fields in the project.
