Field in issue view

Just like other fields in Jira Cloud, the Issue Picker field can be displayed either in the ‘Description fields’ or ‘Details’ tab:

Selected issues can be opened by clicking on the summary or key.

To select an issue, users have to click on the field’s empty space.

By default, to select an issue from the drop-down, users need to type in a part summary or issue key.
