Page Search

The Page Search feature is designed to provide a more efficient and targeted content experience for users. This feature allows you to search and filter pages based on a number of page attributes. Search results are displayed as a table for a more convenient overview:

To access a Page Search page, click on the app icon next to the Search field in the top navigation,

or find a link to the search page in the default Search tab:

Users can search for necessary pages using words and phrases that can be found in published versions of page content and titles.

Search results can also be filtered via 4 page attributes:

1. Spaces: Narrow down your search to specific spaces.

2. Created (Date): Find pages based on the date of creation.

3. Updated (Date): Locate pages based on their last update.

4. Creators: Filter pages by the original creators.

5. Labels: Filter results by the page labels.

Filters can be applied to all content within the instance, regardless of whether any prior search results are returned in the search table.
