Advanced Content Search

Our search feature is designed to provide a more efficient and targeted content experience for users. It allows you to search and filter pages based on a number of page attributes. Search results are displayed as a table for a more convenient overview:

The search table can be accessed with a click on a search icon in Advanced Navigation,

via the Apps tab in the top navigation:

find a link to the search page in the space sidebar under Apps:

In the search table, users can filter the contect via the follwoing attributes:

• space

• created

• updated

• type (blogpost, page, attachments, database, smart links, whiteboards)

• labels

Attributes based content filters

Sorting is supported for Content, Created, and Updated columns.
