Advanced Content Search
Advanced Content Search helps users find content across your site. It searches and filters pages by their attributes and shows the results as a table, so users can scan and sort rather than read through a list.
What users see
Results appear as a table. Each column is a page attribute, and users can add or remove columns from the menu in the top-right corner.
Sorting is supported on the Content, Created, and Updated columns.
How users open it
Users can reach Advanced Content Search in a few ways:
Select the search icon in Advanced Navigation.
Select it from Apps in the Confluence sidebar, or in a space.
Open a CQL item in a navigation menu and select View all in advanced content search. See Navigation item types.
Advanced Content Search is available to anonymous users as well, if your site allows anonymous access.
