Overview

Our search feature is designed to provide a more efficient and targeted content experience for users. It allows you to search and filter pages based on a number of page attributes. Search results are displayed as a table for a more convenient overview:

Page attributes are referenced as columns. They can be added/removed via a menu in the top right corner:

How to access the ‘Document Search’ page?

The search table can be accessed with a click on a search icon in Advanced Navigation,

via the Apps tab in the top navigation:

OR

find a link to the search page in the space sidebar under Apps:

In the search table, users can look through the content using Jira’s custom fields as filters.

Sorting is supported for Content, Created, and Updated columns.

Advanced content search is also available for anonymous users.
