Asset Templates

To provide a quick start and get familiar with STAGIL Assets - Advanced Links for Jira, we offer several project templates. A setup effortlessly generates pre-configured projects with all necessary issue types, workflows, screens and Advanced Links. All templates are created with sample data to demonstrate possible use cases.

Open

To view the selection of sample projects, go to Apps in the top navigation → Assets. This action will open the page as pictured below. Find an option to ‘Add assets project’ in the left sidebar, and click to see the list of available templates.

IT service management CMDB

Description: store and manage information about configuration items within your organisation

Issue types: Application, Database, License, Network Device, Notebook, Printer, Server, Smartphone

Description: creates an empty project without pre-configured fields.

Description: manage data about the organisation’s employees, incl. personal details, contact details, work contracts, required work time and overtime accounts.
