Asset Project Templates: new projects are not displayed

The described incident is temporary and is scheduled for a fix.

User action: a project is created using https://stagil.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SAJC/pages/2161836045.

Expected behaviour: the newly created project is displayed in the Asset Navigator sidebar:

Current behavior: the project is created, but not displayed in the sidebar.

Workaround: Users can add the created project manually by going to the https://stagil.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SAJC/pages/2161836045 page and using the ‘Existing Jira project’ option:
