You can configure default settings for the Document Search feature in Confluence Administration:

Go to:

Confluence Administration → Settings → STAGIL Workflows & Fields → Search Settings.

From this page, you can:

  • Set default columns displayed in the document search table

  • Space

  • Creator

  • Created

  • Updated

  • Assignee

  • Single line text

  • Single user picker

  • Multi user picker

  • Due Date

  • Date picker

  • Status

  • Issue key

  • Type

  • Priority

  • Project
