Document Search: Advanced Link integration

Users can use STAGIL Advanced Link fields as filters in Document Search. However, because Advanced Links are not standard custom fields, you’ll need to complete the following additional configuration steps:

1. Go to Confluence Administration → Settings → STAGIL Workflows & Fields → Advanced Links Integration.

2. Toggle the switch to open an authorization dialogue.

3. Click on the API button in the dialogue. You’ll be redirected to Jira to retrieve an authorization token from the STAGIL Assets app.

4. Return to Confluence, enter your credentials in the authorization dialogue, and wait for the success message to confirm the integration is complete
