1. New supported field types for templates: affected versions, fix versions, remaining estimate, original estimate.

2. Option to open template configuration directly from template select menu.

Improvements:

1. Fixed bug where summary was not displayed correctly on create and link button create screen.

2. Selected values for template filter are no longer saved after leaving the "Issue Template Select" page.
