New Features:

1. Option to share personal templates with user groups via edit template screen.

2. Added drop-down menu with edit, configure, delete options for the "Issue templates" dialog.

3.  Implemented redirection to the configuration of specific Issue Template configuration from the "Issue templates" dialog.

4. Option to prefill default "Linked issues" field in create screen for create and link button with the possibility to select another link type.

Improvements:

1. Dynamic filtering of types based on project was removed on the button context config page.

2. Values for select custom fields, component, and version fields are shown as values (Not as ID) in the template config tooltip.
