Links fields display styles in Customer Portal

There are two display styles accessible for Advanced Links in the request view:

• Drop-down select

• List with avatars

Administrators have the ability to choose a suitable style within the Advanced Link configuration.

Drop-down select

This style will present the Advanced Link field as a select list with an expandable drop-down menu.

Below is an example of this style on the Customer Portal:

This style prompts users to explore available issues in a search dialogue.
