Select List

To create an option for a select list column, type in an option name in the fields with the ‘Set option name’ placeholder and click ‘Add’.

Select list option can contain maximum 100 characters.

Select List columns configuration includes:

• Data source

  • Select ‘Custom values’ to create the options yourself.

  • Select an external database to import the select options from. A database connection is required first for this option to be displayed.

• Maximum number of selected options
  Turn your select list into a single-select field by setting '1'
  Any set number that is >1 will make the field a multi-select.

• Unique values
  Check the box to hide the option from the select list drop-down if it is already selected in the table at least once.
