User Picker
This column allows to select single or multiple Jira users as a value.
Configuration
Column configuration allows making it mandatory to fill, read-only (non-editable) or set a default value.
By default user picker columns are created as a single-user picker. To enable the selection of more than one user select ‘Manage’ in the column ‘Actions’ menu. Go to the ‘Maximum number of selected users’ field and set the limit for the number of selected users. Enter 0 to allow an unlimited number of selections.
Mark the ‘User notification' checkbox to activate notification emails for selected users.
It is also possible to define the list of users available for selection. To configure the restrictions go to the table custom field configuration page and select ‘Edit User Filtering’. Mark the ‘Enable group or project role filtering’ check box to start.
